1. Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance

By purchasing any Augur product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

1.2 Products

Augur offers the following digital products and services:

  • Builder Course ($39 pre-sale, $79 after launch) — A self-paced digital course with six hands-on modules covering Augur setup, Apple integration, home automation, health & lifestyle, LinkedIn writer, and building your own plugin. Pre-sale access is delivered via email after purchase. Course ships 4–6 weeks after launch.
  • 1:1 Expert Sessions ($149/hour) — Live video sessions with the Augur creator for debugging, implementation help, architecture review, or guided walkthroughs. Available to all users. Sessions are scheduled via Cal.com after booking.
  • Enterprise (custom pricing) — Custom AI deployment, team training, and dedicated support for organizations. Contact us to discuss your needs.

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase products. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

1.4 Delivery

All digital products are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout. Course pre-sale confirmation is sent within 15 minutes of purchase; full course access is delivered when the course ships. Expert session scheduling links are sent within 1 business day.

1.5 Intellectual Property

Course materials and related documentation are the intellectual property of Guriqo Ltd. You may use purchased materials for personal and professional development but may not redistribute, resell, or share access credentials with others.

1.6 Augur Open Source

The Augur software itself remains open-source under the MIT license. These terms apply only to paid products and services (courses, sessions, enterprise engagements), not to the Augur codebase. Support patches delivered for free are MIT-licensed.

1.7 Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date. Your continued purchase constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Refund Policy

Summary: 30-day money-back guarantee on Builder Course. No refunds on completed expert sessions. Enterprise agreements have custom terms.

2.1 Builder Course

If you are unsatisfied with the Builder Course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. If the course launch is delayed beyond the stated 4–6 week window, you are entitled to a full refund. Email support@augur.run with your purchase receipt.

2.2 1:1 Expert Sessions

  • Before the session: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Late cancellation: Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
  • After the session: Completed sessions are non-refundable.
  • No-show: If the expert does not attend the scheduled session, you receive a full refund automatically.

2.4 How to Request a Refund

Email support@augur.run with your purchase confirmation or receipt. Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Privacy

3.1 Data We Collect

When you make a purchase, the following data is collected by our payment processor (Stripe):

  • Name and email address (for delivery and receipts)
  • Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)
  • Purchase history (product, amount, date)

3.2 Data We Do Not Collect

  • No tracking pixels or third-party analytics scripts
  • No cookies for advertising or tracking purposes
  • No browsing behavior data
  • No IP address logging beyond standard server access logs

3.3 How We Use Your Data

  • Email: To deliver purchased products and send purchase confirmations
  • Name: To personalize course certificates and communications
  • Purchase records: For accounting, tax compliance, and refund processing

3.4 Data Retention

Purchase records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data (name, email) by contacting support@augur.run. We will anonymize your records while retaining financial data as required by law.
